New Windows for America agrees and makes the following Limited Warranty to the Buyer for the particular combination of products as described in the Installation Contract and purchased by the Buyer, as follows:

New Windows for America warrants to the original purchaser that all Vinyl Replacement Windows are guaranteed for as long as you own THE HOME.

New Windows for America warrants to the original purchaser of the Vinyl Replacement Windows, that there will be no charge for any necessary Repairs, parts, labor or material due to any manufacturing defect.

The warranty is non-prorated.  There will be No charge to the original purchaser for glass seal failure or glass breakage.

No charge will be made to the original purchaser for replacement of defective screens, however, there is not a warranty on screens damaged by either accident or abuse.

New Windows for America warrants to the original purchaser that all materials shall meet new construction standards and shall correct defective material as long as you own them.

New Windows for America does not guarantee against, and shall not be liable for, acts of God, fire vandalism, abuse or misuse, neglect, normal weathering or any other cause beyond our control.  At its sole option, New Windows for America shall repair or replace those
items specified.

Condensation on any window is the result of excessive moisture in the house, and does not indicate a defective window or faulty installation. 

There are no implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose contained herein.  There are no warranties of any type or nature which extend beyond the description on the face there of.

This warranty is automatically registered and can be transferred one time (our office must be notified in writing within 30 days of closing)
